منذ عام 2009، تقدّم عیادة الأرثوبیدیا الفنیة برتر خدماتها من خلال توظیف خبراء وتقنیین ماهرین من الرجال والنساء، وباستخدام أفضل الأجهزة والمكوّنات والمواد الأولیة، وفي بیئة مجهّزة ومناسبة لاستقبال المرضى.

مدير والمسؤول الفني لعيادة برتر للأطراف والأجهزة التقويمية، وخريج جامعة طهران لعلوم الرفاه الاجتماعي وإعادة التأهيل بدرجة الماجستير مع إحراز المرتبة الأولى، وعضو دائم في الجمعية الدولية للأطراف الصناعية والأجهزة التقويمية (ISPO). كما أنه مؤلف كتابين في مجال التأهيل بعنوان:

۴. افراد با قطع عضو دست و پا در سطوح مختلف
۵. بیماران با عارضه پای دیابتی (از مرحله تورم، زخم تا قطع عضو)

۷. ارائه مشاوره و غربالگری پرسنل سازمان ها، مراکز و ….به منظور اجتناب از آسیب های شغلی
