سياسة إعادة الجدولة
سيتم التواصل معكم من قبل استقبال العيادة قبل 24 ساعة من الموعد لتأكيد الحجز النهائي. في حال رغبتكم بتغيير وقت تلقي الخدمة، يرجى إبلاغ قسم الاستقبال وسيتم إعلامكم بالمواعيد المتاحة في الأيام التالية.
سياسة الإلغاء
في حال قام المراجع بإلغاء الموعد قبل أقل من 24 ساعة من الحضور إلى العيادة، سيتم مصادرة مبلغ العربون. أما بالنسبة لمواعيد زراعة الشعر، فسيتم مصادرة العربون إذا تم الإلغاء خلال الأسبوع الذي يسبق الموعد المحدد.
سياسة الاسترداد
في حال موافقة الطبيب على إلغاء موعد زراعة الشعر لأسباب طبية، سيتم إعادة مبلغ العربون بالكامل. أما بالنسبة لخدمات التجميل، فسيتم خصم تكلفة المواد المستخدمة وإعادة المبلغ المتبقي.
سياسة الخصوصية
قبل الحصول على الخدمات، سيقوم المراجع بملء استمارة إقرار وإذن بنشر الصور. وفي حال عدم رغبة المراجع في نشر صوره، فلا حاجة لتعبئة الاستمارة. جميع معلومات المراجعين والصور الملتقطة قبل تقديم الخدمة والملفات محفوظة بسرية في نظام العيادة، ولن يتم نشر أي صورة دون موافقة المراجع.
سياسة القبول
لحجز موعد لزراعة الشعر، يرجى التنسيق مع المستشارين، ولحجز خدمات التجميل يرجى التواصل مع رقم استقبال العيادة.
سياسة عدم الحضور
في حال عدم حضور المراجع في الوقت المحدد، سيتم مصادرة العربون.
