بدأت عيادة آناه للتجميل نشاطها في يوليو 2024 في حي نور بمدينة بندر عباس، حيث تقدم مجموعة من خدمات الجلد والشعر والتجميل. وتشمل خدماتها الحقن التجميلي، وعلاجات البشرة بالليزر، وإجراءات تجديد شباب البشرة، وعلاجات تساقط الشعر، وذلك تحت إشراف طبي.
تعتمد عيادة آناه نهج «العيادة الفندقية»، الذي يولي اهتمامًا خاصًا، إلى جانب جودة الرعاية الطبية، للخدمات المساندة وتجربة المراجع منذ لحظة وصوله وحتى انتهاء العلاج. ويُعد احترام المرضى والحفاظ على راحتهم وكرامتهم من المبادئ الأساسية للعيادة.
تُجرى الحقن التجميلية بهدف تحقيق نتائج طبيعية تتناسب مع بنية وجه كل شخص وملامحه.

سياسة إعادة الجدولة
يمكن تغيير وقت الموعد حتى 24 ساعة قبل وقت الزيارة المحدد، وفقًا للأوقات المتاحة في المركز. يمكن تغيير كل موعد مرة واحدة دون أي رسوم إضافية.
سياسة الإلغاء
يمكن إلغاء الموعد مجانًا عبر الاتصال الهاتفي أو إرسال رسالة قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الزيارة المحدد. وقد يترتب على إلغاء الموعد قبل أقل من 24 ساعة من موعد الزيارة خصم جزء من الرسوم.
سياسة الاسترداد
في حال إلغاء الموعد ضمن المهلة المحددة أو عدم تقديم المركز للخدمة، يُسترد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل. ولا تُسترد قيمة الخدمات التي تم تقديمها بالفعل. تتم إعادة المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
سياسة الخصوصية
تُعد المعلومات الشخصية والطبية للمرضى سرية، ولا يجوز الإفصاح عنها لأي طرف ثالث إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القانون أو بموافقة خطية من المريض. تُحفظ ملفات المرضى بطريقة آمنة، ولا يجوز استخدام صور ما قبل العلاج وما بعده إلا بموافقة خطية من المريض.
سياسة القبول
يتم استقبال المرضى بموجب موعد مسبق فقط. يجب على المرضى الحضور قبل موعدهم المحدد بـ15 دقيقة وإحضار وثائق الهوية والسجلات الطبية ذات الصلة. تُعطى الأولوية للحالات الطارئة.
سياسة عدم الحضور
إذا لم يحضر المريض خلال 15 دقيقة من موعده المحدد ولم يُبلغ العيادة، فسيتم إلغاء الموعد. وقد يؤدي تكرار عدم الحضور دون إشعار مسبق إلى اشتراط دفع مبلغ مقدم لحجز المواعيد المستقبلية.
