تم افتتاح فندق وشقق “بيركوك” في مشهد عام 2016. من مزايا الإقامة في هذا المجمع سهولة الوصول إلى محطة القطار، كما يبعد 10 دقائق فقط عن خطوط حافلات النقل السريع (BRT) في شارع شيرازي، مما يسهل الوصول إلى مرقد الإمام الرضا والسوق المركزي. يضم الفندق 24 غرفة موزعة على 4 طوابق، ويعمل فيه طاقم عمل متمرس ومدرب لخدمة ضيوف مدينة مشهد المقدسة.
