قوانین تغییر زمان
۲۴ ساعت قبل از سمت پذیرش کلینیک جهت ثبت نهایی نوبت تماس گرفته خواهد شد و در صورت تمایل به تغییر زمان دریافت خدمات به پذیرش اعلام کنید و نوبت های آزاد روزهای بعد اعلام خواهد شد.
قوانین لغو رزرو
کنسل کردن نوبت از سمت مراجع ۲۴ ساعت قبل از حضور در کلینیک مبلغ بیعانه سوخت میشود. و برای کنسلی کاشت مو یک هفته قبل از نوبت ثبت شده بیعانه سوخت خواهد شد.
قوانین بازگشت وجه
در صورت تایید پزشک جهت کنسل کردن نوبت کاشت مو به دلیل پزشکی کل مبلغ بیعانه عودت میشود و جهت خدمات زیبایی هزینه مواد مصرفی کسر خواهد شد و مابقی مبلغ عودت داده می شود.
قوانین حریم خصوصی
قبل از دریافت خدمات برگه تبرئه نامه و اجازه انتشار تصاویر توسط مراجع پر خواهد شد و در صورت عدم تمایل به انتشار عکس نیازی به تکمیل فرم نیست. تمامی اطلاعات مراجعین و تصاویر قبل از دریافت خدمات و پرونده ها در سیستم کلینیک محفوظ میماند و در صورت عدم تمایل مراجعین هیچ عکسی منتشر نخواهد شد.
قوانین پذیرش
جهت ثبت نوبت کاشت مو با مشاورین خود هماهنگ شوید و برای ثبت نوبت خدمات زیبایی با شماره پذیرش کلینیک در ارتباط باشید
قوانین عدم حضور
در صورت عدم حضور مراجع در ساعت مقرر مبلغ بیعانه سوخت خواهد شد.
