• Account information: your phone number, which is used to sign you in via a one-time password (OTP). We do not require a traditional username/password.
• Profile details: name and, optionally, other contact details you choose to add to your profile.
• Messages: content you send through the in-app chat feature to communicate with clinics/providers or our support team.
• Booking and inquiry details: information you submit when requesting information about, or booking, a medical tourism service (for example, the procedure you are interested in and your preferred dates). Lsevin acts as a marketplace/booking intermediary — we do not collect or store medical records, diagnoses, or other clinical health information on our servers. Any medical details you choose to share are exchanged directly between you and the clinic/provider through chat, at your own discretion.

b. Information collected automatically

• Device and app data: device identifiers, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs, used to keep the Service secure and working correctly.
• Push notification tokens: used to deliver booking updates and chat notifications.
• Approximate location: if you grant permission, used to show you relevant providers and improve local search results. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
• Usage data: pages viewed and actions taken within the app, used to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you via OTP.
• To connect you with clinics/providers and facilitate bookings and in-app communication.
• To send you booking confirmations, updates, and support messages.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not currently offer, and this version of the app does not include, any cryptocurrency wallet, top-up, or other financial/payment-processing feature.

3. How We Share Information

• With clinics/providers: the information necessary to process your inquiry or booking (e.g., your name, contact details, and the message/booking content you choose to send them).
• With service providers: vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery, analytics), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time as described below.

7. Children's Privacy

Lsevin is intended for users 18 years of age and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
