Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the center at least one week before the scheduled time.
If you fail to notify the center in advance and do not attend your appointment, the scheduled appointment will be forfeited.
Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule your service, please coordinate with the center at least one week before your appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to the center’s capacity and availability.
Refund Policy
If the appointment is canceled at least one week before the scheduled time, a refund is possible according to the center’s regulations.
If the cancellation occurs less than one week before the appointment, the paid amount will not be refundable.
Admission Policy
Presenting a valid ID card for information registration at the time of admission is mandatory.
Patients must arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment to complete the admission process.
In case of delay, admission and service delivery will be subject to the center’s conditions.
No-show Policy
If the patient does not attend the appointment at the scheduled time without prior notification, the registered appointment will be canceled.
In case of non-attendance, the paid amount is non-refundable.
