Before receiving services, a consent and image‑release form will be completed by the client. If the client does not wish their photos to be published, completing the form is not necessary. All client information, images taken before the service, and medical records are kept confidential in the clinic’s system, and no photos will be published if the client does not consent.

No-show Policy
If the client does not attend at the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
Admission Policy
To schedule a hair transplant appointment, please coordinate with your consultants, and to book aesthetic services, please contact the clinic reception number.
Refund Policy
If the doctor approves the cancellation of a hair transplant appointment due to medical reasons, the full deposit will be refunded. For aesthetic services, the cost of the materials used will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Reschedule Policy
The clinic reception will contact you 24 hours before your appointment to confirm the final booking. If you wish to change the time of your service, please inform the reception and the available appointments for the following days will be offered.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the appointment within 24 hours before the scheduled visit to the clinic, the deposit will be forfeited. For hair transplant appointments, the deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs within one week before the scheduled date.
