About This Provider
Parsian Surgery Center is the first and one of the most well-equipped clinics in Kashan, which has been operating since 2012. Throughout its years of activity, the center has provided specialized and subspecialized medical services in ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, and laparoscopic surgery. Since 2021, the center has been equipped with the Schwind Amaris, one of the most advanced LASIK and vision-correction systems available in Iran. To date, more than 85,000 successful surgeries have been performed at the center with no reported mortality, including approximately 10,000 subspecialized ophthalmic surgeries.
The center's goal is to achieve continuous qualitative, quantitative, and physical development. In line with this objective, the construction of the largest day clinic in Isfahan Province is currently underway on Shahid Beheshti Street in Kashan. The center plans to expand its services into additional fields, including urological surgery, orthopedics, dentistry, neurosurgery, endoscopy, and colonoscopy. Cancellation Policy
If the patient is unable to attend, they must inform the reception of the cancellation as soon as possible.
It is recommended that appointments be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If the patient does not provide prior notice and fails to attend, the appointment will be considered canceled.
In case of repeated no-shows without prior notice, future appointment bookings may be subject to restrictions or special conditions.
If the patient arrives significantly late, the reception may cancel the appointment or reschedule it for another time, depending on the physician’s circumstances.
Appointment cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the physician’s availability and existing appointments, and there is no guarantee that an alternative time will be available.
If a payment has been made for the appointment, refunds will be processed according to the center’s policies.
Admission Policy
Verify the patient’s identity using valid documents and record accurate information.
Record the reason for the visit and the type of admission: emergency, elective, inpatient, outpatient, etc.
Review the physician’s admission order and match it with the patient’s information.
Complete admission forms and consent forms before admission, when possible.
Verify insurance coverage and its validity and record the insurance information.
Record the accompanying person’s information and emergency contact number.
Issue a medical record/patient identification number and prevent the creation of duplicate records.
Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and do not disclose information to unauthorized individuals.
Prevent patient identification errors, especially among patients with the same name, by verifying multiple identifiers such as name, national ID number, and date of birth.
