Policies
Reschedule Policy
The appointment time can be changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit, depending on the center’s available time slots. Each appointment can be changed once at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
The appointment can be canceled free of charge by phone call or message up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a partial deduction from the fee.
Refund Policy
If an appointment is canceled within the permitted time frame or the center fails to provide the service, the full amount paid will be refunded. Payments for services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Privacy Policy
Patients’ personal and medical information is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with the patient’s written consent. Patient records are stored securely, and before-and-after treatment images may only be used with the patient’s written consent.
Admission Policy
Patients are accepted by prior appointment only. Patients must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment and bring identification documents and relevant medical records. Emergency cases are given priority.
No-show Policy
If a patient fails to arrive within 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time without notifying the clinic, the appointment will be canceled. Repeated no-shows without prior notice may require an advance payment for future appointments.
