Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the center at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Refund Policy
If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a refund is possible according to center policies. If canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the paid amount is non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
All patient identification, medical, and treatment information is kept strictly confidential at the center.
Admission Policy
Presenting a valid identification card is mandatory for registration at the time of admission.
No-show Policy
If the client fails to show up at the scheduled time without prior notice, the appointment will be canceled. In case of non-attendance, the paid amount is non-refundable.
