No-show Policy
In case of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, please contact the center at least one week before the scheduled time. Failure to inform us or not attending the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your appointment and the deposit paid.
Reschedule Policy
Should you need to reschedule your service, please coordinate with the center at least two weeks in advance.
Refund Policy
“Please note that the deposit is strictly non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or failure to attend at the scheduled time, the paid amount will be retained by the clinic as a cancellation fee. By making the payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.”
Admission Policy
"For optimal preparation for your hair transplant procedure, please adhere to the following guidelines on the night before and the day of the surgery:💡
Please take a shower.
On the day of the surgery, wear a button-down shirt.
Have a complete and nutritious breakfast.
Bring your non-strengthening medications and a U-shaped pillow.
Arrive at the clinic at 8:00 AM.
Respectfully, accompanying individuals are not permitted entry."
