House Rules
Identification: Valid identification documents (Birth Certificate and National ID card) are required for all guests. Couples must provide proof of marital status (Birth Certificate).
Temporary Marriage: Temporary marriage certificates (“Sigheh-nameh”) for Iranian couples are accepted only if they feature an official embossed seal, along with the IDs of both parties (Mr. and Ms.).
Foreign Guests: Foreign guests must provide their original passport, valid visa, and valid entry stamp to Iran.
Booking Policy: Name changes are not permitted. The room will only be handed over to the person under whose name the reservation was made. All guest details must be accurately entered during the reservation process.
Age Requirement: The minimum age for individual room booking is 18 years.
“Mahram” (Kinship) Rule: All adults sharing a room must be legally related/married. Mixed Iranian and foreign guests in the same room/suite/villa are allowed only upon proof of legal relationship.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Non-Compliance: According to hotel regulations, failure to provide valid identification, failure to verify identity, or non-compliance with these rules will result in denied check-in and the paid fee will not be refunded. The hotel and this company accept no liability in this regard.
