Reschedule Policy
Requests to reschedule an appointment must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment date.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment date, the full deposit will be refunded without any deductions.
Admission Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 7 days before the visit date. A deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
No-show Policy
If the client fails to attend the appointment at the scheduled date and time, 20% of the deposit will be deducted as a no-show fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the client.
