مرکز جراحی پارسیان اولین و مجهزترین کلینیک کاشان است که از سال 1391 به بهره برداری رسیده است و به مدت 15 سال بهترین خدمات تخصصی و فوق تخصصی را در رشته های چشم، گوش و حلق و بینی ، جراحی پلاستیک و زیبایی و ترمیمی، ارتوپدی، جراحی عمومی و لاپاروسکوپیک را داشته است. از سال 1400 مجهز ترین دستگاه لیزیک و حذف عینک را در رشته چشم پزشکی موجود در ایران را که دستگاه شواین آماریس است در این مرکز فعال شدهاست و تا به حال بیش از 85 هزار جراحی موفق بدون هیچ عارضه مرگ و میر داشته است و حدود ده هزار جراحی فوق تخصصی چشم انجام شده است.
تلاش این مرکز توسعه کیفی و کمی و فیزیکی مجموعه است، با اجرای پروژه در حال ساخت بزرگترین دی کلینیک موجود در استان اصفهان در خیابان شهید بهشتی کاشان است که این مرکز سعی دارد خدمات رسانی خود را در رشته های دیگر مثل جراحی اورولوژی، ارتوپدی، دندانپزشکی و جراحی های مغز و اعصاب و آندوسکوپی و کولونوسکوپی توسعه دهد، شعار ما خدمت ایمن با بهترین کیفیت و کمترین هزینه است.

قوانین لغو رزرو
١ .ﺑﻴﻤﺎر در ﺻﻮرت ﻋﺪم اﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ، ﻣﻮﻇﻒ اﺳﺖ در اوﻟﻴﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻟﻐﻮ ﻧﻮﺑﺖ را ﺑﻪ ﭘﺬﻳﺮش اﻃﻼع دﻫﺪ .
٢ .ﺑﻬﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻨﺴﻠﻲ ﻧﻮﺑﺖ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ٢٤ ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ از زﻣﺎن ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد.
٣ .در ﺻﻮرت ﻋﺪم اﻃﻼعرﺳﺎﻧﻲ و ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﻧﻜﺮدن ﺑﻴﻤﺎر، ﻧﻮﺑﺖ وى ﻟﻐﻮﺷﺪه ﺗﻠﻘﻲ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.
٤ .در ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻜﺮار ﻋﺪم ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﺑﺪون اﻃﻼع ﻗﺒﻠﻲ، رزرو ﻧﻮﺑﺖ ﺑﻌﺪى ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺪودﻳﺖ ﻳﺎ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺧﺎص اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد.
٥ .اﮔﺮ ﺑﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ زﻳﺎد ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﻛﻨﺪ، ﭘﺬﻳﺮش ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﭘﺰﺷﻚ، ﻧﻮﺑﺖ را ﻟﻐﻮ ﻳﺎ ﺑﻪ زﻣﺎن دﻳﮕﺮى ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﻛﻨﺪ.
٦ .ﻛﻨﺴﻠﻲ ﻳﺎ ﺟﺎﺑﻪﺟﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻮﺑﺖ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﭘﺰﺷﻚ و ﻧﻮﺑﺖﻫﺎى ﻣﻮﺟﻮد اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻲﺷﻮد و ﺗﻀﻤﻴﻨﻲ ﺑﺮاى اﺧﺘﺼﺎص زﻣﺎن ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد.
٧.در ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ وﺟﻪ ﺑﺮاى ﻧﻮﺑﺖ، ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ اﺳﺘﺮداد وﺟﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﻣﻘﺮرات ﻣﺮﻛﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.
قوانین پذیرش
1. اﺣﺮاز ﻫﻮﻳﺖ ﺑﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪارك ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ و ﺛﺒﺖ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت دﻗﻴﻖ.
٢ .ﺛﺒﺖ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ و ﻧﻮع ﭘﺬﻳﺮش؛ اورژاﻧﺴﻲ، اﻟﻜﺘﻴﻮ، ﺑﺴﺘﺮى، ﺳﺮﭘﺎﻳﻲ و...
٣ .ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ دﺳﺘﻮر ﭘﺰﺷﻚ ﺑﺮاى ﺑﺴﺘﺮى و ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ آن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﺑﻴﻤﺎر.
٤ .ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻓﺮمﻫﺎى ﭘﺬﻳﺮش و رﺿﺎﻳﺖﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺑﺴﺘﺮى، در ﺻﻮرت اﻣﻜﺎن.
٥ .ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﻪ و اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺑﻴﻤﻪاى و ﺛﺒﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻴﻤﻪ.
٦ .ﺛﺒﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﻴﻤﺎر و ﺷﻤﺎره ﺗﻤﺎس ﺿﺮورى.
٧ .ﺻﺪور ﺷﻤﺎره ﭘﺮوﻧﺪه/ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎر و ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮى از اﻳﺠﺎد ﭘﺮوﻧﺪه ﺗﻜﺮارى.
٨ .رﻋﺎﻳﺖ ﻣﺤﺮﻣﺎﻧﮕﻲ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻴﻤﺎر و ﻋﺪم اراﺋﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﻏﻴﺮﻣﺠﺎز.
٩. ﭘﺮﻫﻴﺰ از اﺷﺘﺒﺎه ﻫﻮﻳﺘﻲ؛ ﺑﻪﺧﺼﻮص در ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﻫﻢﻧﺎم، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻪ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻧﺎم، ﻛﺪ ﻣﻠﻲ و ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﺗﻮﻟﺪ.
