درصورت نیاز به کنسلی یا جابجایی لطفا حداقل ۲۴ ساعت قبل تز زمان تعیین شده با مرکز تماس بگیرین
قوانین بازگشت وجه
در صورت کنسلی نوبت حداقل ۲۴ ساعت قبل از زمان تعیین شده امکان بازگشت وجه مطابق با قوانین مرکز وجود دارد در صورت کنسلی کمتر از ۲۴ ساعت مانده به زمان نوبت مبلغ پرداختی قابل استرداد نیست
قوانین حریم خصوصی
تمامی اطلاعات هویتی پزشکی ودرمانی بیماران در مرکز محرمانه نگهداری میشود
قوانین پذیرش
ارايه کارت شناسایی معتبر برای ثبت اطلاعات در زمان پذیرش الزامی هست
قوانین عدم حضور
در صورت عدم حضور مراجعه کننده در زمان تعیین شده بدون اطلاع قبلی نوبت ثبت شده لغو خواهد شد
در صورت عدم حضور مبلغ پرداختی قابل برگشت نمی باشد
