قوانین تغییر زمان
تغییر زمان نوبت باید حداقل ۲۴ ساعت قبل از زمان تعیین‌شده انجام شود.
قوانین لغو رزرو
لغو نوبت باید حداقل ۲۴ ساعت قبل از زمان تعیین‌شده انجام شود.
قوانین بازگشت وجه
در صورت کنسلی در کمتر از 24 ساعت مانده به زمان نوبت مبلغ پرداختی قابل استرداد نخواهد بود .
قوانین حریم خصوصی
تمامی اطلاعات بیماران و پرونده پزشکی ایشان نزد کلینیک محفوظ و بصورت محرمانه نگه داری میشود .
قوانین پذیرش
هماهنگی نوبت باید حتماً ۲۴ تا ۴۸ ساعت پیش از زمان مراجعه انجام شود. ارائه کارت شناسایی معتبر جهت ثبت اطلاعات الزامی است و مراجعان باید حداقل ۱۵ دقیقه پیش از زمان نوبت در کلینیک حضور داشته باشند.
قوانین عدم حضور
در صورت عدم حضور در زمان تعیین‌شده، نوبت تمدید نخواهد شد و مبلغ پرداختی قابل استرداد نخواهد بود.
