بوتیک هتل سنتی آب میرزا در سال 1402 در دو طبقه در سه ساختمان و در مجموع 15 اتاق تحت عنوان یک اقامتگاه سنتی زبیا افتتاح گردید.قدمت ساختمان های این بوتیک هتل شکیل به دوران پهلوی برمیگردد که پس از تغییر کاربری به عنوان هتل سنتی،تغییرات و بازسازی کامل در بنای این سه ساختمان صورت پذیرفت.نمای بیرونی هتل یادآور دوران قاجار و طراحی داخلی آن،معماری سنتی ایرانی-اسلامی را به نمایش میگذارد.نورپردازی و طراحی داخلی اتاق های بوتیک هتل آبمیرزا،آرامشی بی نظیر را برای ساکنان خود به ارمغان می آورد.محوطهء داخلی این اقامتگاه دارای حیاطی دلباز ، گل آرایی های دلپذیر،تخت های نشیمن و آلاچیق های سنتی در کنار حوضچه هایی مملوء از ماهی های رنگارنگ میباشد که پذیرای مهمانان گرامی خود در راستای خدمات صبحانه و کافی شاپ میباشد
