Yeniden Planlama Politikası
Randevunun kesinleştirilmesi için klinik resepsiyonu tarafından 24 saat önce sizinle iletişime geçilecektir. Hizmet saatini değiştirmek isterseniz, lütfen resepsiyona bildiriniz; sonraki günler için uygun randevu saatleri size sunulacaktır.
İptal Politikası
Danışanın randevuyu kliniğe gelmeden 24 saat içinde iptal etmesi durumunda kapora yanacaktır. Saç ekimi randevularında ise kayıtlı randevu tarihinden bir hafta önce yapılan iptallerde kapora yanacaktır.
İade Politikası
Doktorun, tıbbi nedenlerle saç ekimi randevusunun iptalini onaylaması durumunda kaporanın tamamı iade edilir. Estetik hizmetlerde ise kullanılan malzemelerin ücreti düşülür ve kalan tutar iade edilir.
Gizlilik Politikası
Hizmet almadan önce danışan tarafından bir onam ve görüntü paylaşım izin formu doldurulacaktır. Fotoğrafların yayınlanmasını istemeyen danışanların bu formu doldurmasına gerek yoktur. Tüm danışan bilgileri, hizmet öncesi çekilen görüntüler ve dosyalar klinik sisteminde gizli tutulur ve danışanın onayı olmadan hiçbir fotoğraf yayınlanmaz.
Kabul Politikası
Saç ekimi randevusu oluşturmak için danışmanlarımızla iletişime geçiniz; estetik hizmetler için ise kliniğin kabul numarasıyla irtibata geçiniz.
Gelmememe Politikası
Danışanın belirlenen saatte gelmemesi durumunda kapora yanacaktır.
