قوانین تغییر زمان
تغییر زمان نوبت تا ۲۴ ساعت پیش از زمان ویزیت و با توجه به زمان‌های خالی مرکز امکان‌پذیر است. هر نوبت حداکثر یک بار و بدون دریافت هزینه قابل تغییر است.
قوانین لغو رزرو
لغو نوبت تا ۲۴ ساعت پیش از زمان ویزیت، بدون هزینه و از طریق تماس تلفنی یا پیام امکان‌پذیر است. لغو نوبت در کمتر از ۲۴ ساعت مانده به زمان ویزیت ممکن است مشمول کسر بخشی از هزینه شود.
قوانین بازگشت وجه
در صورت لغو نوبت در مهلت مقرر یا عدم ارائه خدمت از سوی مرکز، کل مبلغ پرداخت‌شده به بیمار بازگردانده می‌شود. هزینه خدماتی که ارائه شده‌اند، قابل استرداد نیست. بازگشت وجه حداکثر ظرف ۷ تا ۱۰ روز کاری انجام خواهد شد.
قوانین حریم خصوصی
اطلاعات پزشکی و شخصی بیماران محرمانه است و جز در مواردی که ارائه آن به موجب قانون الزامی باشد یا بیمار رضایت کتبی داده باشد، در اختیار اشخاص ثالث قرار نخواهد گرفت. پرونده‌های بیماران به‌صورت امن نگهداری می‌شوند و استفاده از تصاویر قبل و بعد از درمان صرفاً با رضایت کتبی بیمار امکان‌پذیر است.
قوانین پذیرش
پذیرش بیماران صرفاً با تعیین وقت قبلی انجام می‌شود. مراجعه‌کنندگان موظف‌اند ۱۵ دقیقه پیش از زمان تعیین‌شده حضور داشته باشند و مدارک شناسایی و سوابق پزشکی مرتبط را همراه خود بیاورند. موارد اورژانسی در اولویت پذیرش قرار دارند.
قوانین عدم حضور
در صورت عدم حضور بیمار تا ۱۵ دقیقه پس از زمان تعیین‌شده و اطلاع‌ندادن به کلینیک، نوبت وی لغو خواهد شد. تکرار عدم حضور بدون اطلاع قبلی ممکن است منجر به الزام به پرداخت پیش‌پرداخت برای رزرو نوبت‌های بعدی شود.
